THE 45-foot indoor swimming pool, with its own waterfall, sauna and shower, is one of the most spectacular private pools in Wales and the hard tennis court is situated beside a Victorian summerhouse. Half a mile of private fishing from both banks of the Ceirw is also available and for the more energetic, there are footpaths across the estate offering some magnificent views of adjacent farms and woodland.

THE two holiday cottages at Maesmor are perfect bases from which to explore the outstanding beauty of North Wales; to be as active or as relaxed as you choose; to be a culture vulture, or follow a quest into the area’s rich historical past.
