Beaters' Cottage - sleeps 8 + cot

As Beaters' Cottage is but 200 yards from Stable Cottage along the river bank, they can both be rented for family groups and friends of 10-13 people.

Upstairs is a bathroom with bath, basin and toilet; 4 large bedrooms accommodate 8 people very comfortably: 1 with king-size, four-poster bed overlooking the river; 1 large, king-size double, also overlooking the river; 2 twin-bedded rooms one with river views.
Outside Barbecue area with garden furniture. Off-road parking for 3 cars and storage space for bikes etc.
Eighteenth-century Beaters' Cottage adjoins the 45-foot spectacular private indoor swimming pool. Indeed, the entrance to its relaxing sauna and revitalizing waterfall is less than 20 feet from its back door.
Just as close - you could cast a rod from the front door - is the River Ceirw with half a mile of tree-shaded private trout fishing from both banks, and it is just a short walk to the tennis court.
The cottage is adjacent to the owners' ancient manor house and is surrounded by the 140-acre Maesmor Estate with footpaths, woods and working farm - complete with lambs in season!
Two king-size and two twin-bedded bedrooms make it perfect for families and friends.

Directions: 4 miles past Corwen on the A5 heading for Betws-y-Coed. In Maerdy, turn left opposite the Goat pub and restaurant, over the small bridge, then turn immediately right down the back drive marked Private, parallel to the river. The cottage is 180 yards on the left. Park in front of double garage doors.

Miscellaneous: Private heated (April-August inclusive) swimming pool and sauna shared with Stable Cottage. They are available (there is a charge for use of the sauna) between 8.30-10.30am and 5.30-7.30pm (excluding Saturday mornings). Private year-round hard tennis court.
Private trout fishing (valid licence required).
